Enderun Colleges never ceases to amaze me. Every time I find myself in the McKinley Hill Campus, there’s something new brewing. Be it the renovation of classrooms, construction of a new building, addition of new courses to the college offerings, or conception of a new menu at Restaurant 101, the ever-evolving process of Enderun makes me want to come back and check whenever I’m in the Taguig area. Lucky for me, I got an invite from my Alma mater to sample their latest restaurant creations, 101’s Market Menu as prepared and served by members of the alumni.

New year, new market menu crafted by some of the school’s alumni. Went to dinner at Enderun’s Restaurant 101 to sample the new dishes, I’ve always wanted to check this place, an application restaurant of the school’s culinary program. We had a five-course dinner and was quite impressed with the food – the plating / presentation, the combination of flavors, and texture – good.

26 Jan Restaurant 101 by Enderun Colleges

Since it opened, I’ve always been intrigued dining at Restaurant 101. I mean students whipping up the meals? Hmmmnnn. Also, because it exuded a “fine dining” air, Kap & I never got around to actually going there. You know how our insatiable appetites are. Oink. We are more the “buffet” than “sit down” type. So we never really got to consider dining at this particular resto. Although I must admit, I was quite curious because for a period, my Lovey harboured on being a Chef someday (I must tell you though, her dreams & aspirations have changed since then, lels) so I’ve always wanted a tour of Enderun & its facilities. I just didn’t know how to go about it.
