Bread and Dips (yup, I dip my bread in butter!)
And I especially like dipping it in the middle one.

Watermelon Salad with kesong puti, drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
So delightfully refreshing. The balsamic brings out the beautiful flavors of the fruit and cheese.

101 Caesar Salad – I love their version with poached egg. Makes the salad all crisp and gooey.

Grilled Hangar Steak a la Lyonnaise – I cannot begin to tell you how this piece of meat
is cooked so perfectly. The outside is nicely browned and the inside is red.
Tender and very tasty, there’s no other way I’d rather have my steak.

101 Truffle Pasta – the chopped up ingredients make me feel like I’m eating baby food.
Elbow pasta, black truffle, country ham, gruyere cheese, poultry jus.
Now if this is what baby food tastes like, then I don’t ever wanna grow up!
